Join Grand Master Yun and his black belt instructors to learn basic self-defense techniques that will keep you safe and protected. Grand Master Yun is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. He hails from Korea and has studied the martial arts for more than three decades. He and his staff will work one-on-one with participants during this hands-on seminar. You will learn simple, yet highly effective ways to protect yourself as well as your loved ones. Some physical contact occurs. Casual or gym clothes highly recommended. Due to the one-on-one nature of this seminar, attendance is limited so sign up early.
