In a city synonymous with brewing, this adult program is intended to provide you with a deeper appreciation for the wonderful world of brewing, as well as the tools and techniques needed to brew at home.
Taught by Discovery World’s staff archaeologist and home-brewing enthusiast, you’ll learn about the ancient art of brewing beer, while gaining new insights into both the origins of beer, as well as the ethnographic variations of this fermented beverage throughout the world.
In order to take home your own samples of these beverages, participants must return to Discovery World two weeks following the initial brewing exercise to learn how to bottle the beer.
