Join Discovery World as we host the BotsIQ Wisconsin Regional Competition!
Watch as 15 teams from South Eastern Wisconsin participate in this robot fighting competition. The event starts with Safety and Functional testing and proceeds with assigned matches. Competition will take place in the late morning until mid to late afternoon. The event will culminate in presentation
of awards.
BOTSIQ(tm) is a nonprofit educational robotics program inspired by the
successful BattleBots(r) television series and designed to enhance
science and math education in public and private middle and high 
schools. The platform is an integrated multi-disciplined educational
robotics program that provides schools with the opportunity to unleash
the creative potential of students in mathematical reasoning, scientific
analysis, design, fabrication, advanced control systems application,
budgeting and project management skill sets.
Event is FREE and open to the public.
General fees apply for admission to the rest of Discovery World.
